  • When will all the images from the event be available for viewing/purchasing?
    During the crab feast, new images are updated to the album about every 15-30mins. During the cruise, new images are uploaded once after sunset and the rest within 12hrs of the events' end. Our photographer does her best to upload images promptly so Crab & Cruisers can see their images from the days event before the event is over!
  • How do I see the picture that were taken from todays event?
    Navigate to the “2023 Albums” page and choose your event date. Albums are updated every 30mins with new images from the event. Images will be watermarked but will be available for digital download, physical prints and more without the watermark!
  • I want to purchase "a lot" of prints. Is there a bulk discount available?"
    Unfortunately, we dont offer bulk discounts. But we can suggest you buy the high-res download of the images you want for the event album. Once you have the high-res download, you'll be able to make additional prints from the paid download (“free”) from home or from a printing center like that of Sams Club or CVS.
  • What is Crab & Cruises' Notice of Filming and Photography?
    By entering the facility on the day of the event, you thereby consented to being photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. By your presence in the building, you acknowledged that you have been informed that you may be photographed, filmed and /or recorded as part of the release of in-home video and/or any and all media known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe and the advertising and publicity thereof. Further, by your presence at the event, you granted your permission for your likeness and voice to be included therein without compensation, credit or other consideration. Crabplace.com and CrabandCruise.com reserves the right to maintain use of all images and/or video in relation to the said brands and their likeness. If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded or appear under these conditions, or if you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the facility.
  • What’s the Return/Exchange Policy for Pre-Orders?
    At Crab & Cruise, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. However, due to the nature of our pre-order products and events, we have a strict return policy. By placing a pre-order with Crab & Cruise, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Online Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept online returns or exchanges for any merchandise bought before, during, or after the event. All sales are final. This policy is in place due to the perishable nature of the products that we offer. Event-Based Returns and Exchanges: If an issue arises or an exchange is needed, it must be done during the event. After the event, all inquiries are considered null and void. Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is damaged or defective, please bring it to the attention of a Crab & Cruise representative during the event. We will make every effort to replace the damaged or defective product with a new one. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Crab & Cruise and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or products. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [insert state here], and any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert county here]. Changes to Return Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
