Event Pre-Order Checkout Policy

1. Order Retrieval: All pre-orders must be retrieved on the day of the event that was selected during the "add to cart" process. Failure to retrieve the pre-order on the selected event date will result in cancellation and refund of the order, minus a 15% administrative restocking fee.

2. Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for pre-orders on the day of the event. This policy is in place due to the perishable nature of the products that we offer. All sales are final.

3. Cancellations: Manual cancellations for perishable pre-orders are refundable up to 12 hours before the event. Custom engraved products cannot be cancelled or refunded as they are made as soon as the order is completed.

4. Unclaimed Orders: If a pre-order is unclaimed during the selected event date, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee.

5. Non-Perishable Orders: If you are unable to attend the event, non-perishable pre-orders will be mailed to the billing address used to place the order. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

6. Custom Engraving: Please note that custom engraved products cannot be cancelled or refunded as they are made as soon as the order is completed. We will make every effort to ensure that the custom engraving is accurate and meets your specifications.

7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Crab & Cruise and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, and any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Somerset County.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
